MARCHÉ AUX PUCES de SAINT-OUEN
Many will have heard of the St Ouen flea market (known by many as Clignancourt). Attracting around 200,000 visitors each weekend, it is
the world’s biggest flea market. Furniture, paintings, Art Deco,
jewellery, vintage clothing, architectural antiques, small antiques and
collectables can be found among it’s 2,500 dealers covering the 17 acre
site. Make sure you bring cash (beware of pickpockets) and be prepared
to spend the entire day scouring through the different markets within
the complex. It's not possible to do St Ouen in a short time so I
suggest a leisurely lunch at one of the many cafes, bars and restaurants
you'll pass along the way.
Hours: Sat. - Mon., 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

de Clignancourt (line 4), Porte de St-Ouen (line 13)

MARCHE AUX PUCES de la PORTE DE VANVES |
| A great street market with a
vibrant atmosphere, the Vanve flea market is a particular favorite of
mine. With around 350 stalls each weekend you'll find a bit of
everything, from bric-a-brac and vintage clothing to antiques and
furniture but mind you come early, the best part of the market closes
around 1pm. Get replenishment at one of the local restaurants or bars or
from the excellent hot food stall at the bottom of Avenue Marc Sangnier.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday, Avenue Marc Sangnier 7am - 1pm, Avenue
Georges Lafenestre, all day
Porte de Vanves (line 13)
Bus: 58, 95, 191

to rumage.
