is free of charge. Insured services are charged at cost. Please state which postal service
you require at the time of ordering. Please note
that there will be no compensation on lost or damaged uninsured packages.

Goods are normally despatched within 2 days of receipt of
payment. Recycled packaging is used wherever possible.
Buy with confidence. If any item is
grossly misrepresented or not as described,
notify me by email within 3 days of receipt and arrange to return
it for a refund or a credit note to be used against another
purchase. If you simply don't like your item you can return it for a credit note
to the same value. Return postage is non
refundable. Goods must be returned insured to the full value of
the item and arrive in the same condition they were
when sent.
Whilst I
will always notify the customer of any damage or significant wear prior to
purchase, please be aware that most of the items on this site are up to 80
years old and will inevitably show some light signs of wear or use. If you
are looking for an item which looks brand new (excluding new Lea Stein
brooches) I suggest you think before buying vintage items.
